Your browser scans the clip and shows the people it found, so you can swap one person in a group and leave the rest alone. If the scan is slow or fails, skip it — the three largest faces in the video are swapped instead, which is often what you wanted anyway.
A short clip takes about a minute. The finished video stays in your history for 24 hours, so download it before then.
Most disappointing results come from the photo, not the video. The model gets one still image and has to infer a whole head from it.

Faces that stay roughly front-on swap best. Fast head turns, motion blur and heavy backlighting are where any face swap struggles, this one included. A face with a strong beard is harder than a clean-shaven one, because the swap has to reconcile two different textures along the jaw.
